After initial contact we will send you an information pack. This will give product details along with advice on things like planning permission.

Then we’ll arrange for one of our team to visit your site. This will give us help with the practicalities. Things like siting of the turbine, distance to the control panel and site access.

The next stage is the ordering of your turbine at which point we ask for a deposit.

Foundations will then be dug and poured. Then at a time convenient to you our engineers will come on site for installation. This normally takes a day. After installation and checking that the system is running properly we’ll ask for the balance of the payment.

And of course we’re available through the whole process to answer any questions.
